Day 01: Dehradun to Sankri (210 km / 8hrs)

  • Arrival at Dehradun railway station or bus stand

Day 03: Juda Ka Talab to Kedarkantha Base (6 km / 4 hrs)

  • Start trekking towards Kedarkantha Peak base camp
  • Reach base camp till afternoon
  • On arrival check-in to camps

Day 04: Kedarkantha Base to Kedarkantha Peak to Kedarkantha Base (6 km)

  • Early morning wake-up

  • Start trekking towards the summit the Kedarkantha Peak
  • Have your lunch with amazing views of snow-clad peaks of Yamunotri and Gangotri ranges
  • Have some scenic beauty at the summit
  • Start trekking back to Kedarkantha base camp

Day 05: Kedarkantha Base Camp to Sankri (8 km)

  • Breakfast in morning
  • Check out from camps
  • Start trekking towards Sankri via Hargaon
  • Trek down through a thick forest of Pine and Maple trees
  • Have a view of Harki Dun valley
  • Halt for lunch in between the trek
  • Reach Sankri by evening
  • Dinner & overnight stay in camps/guest house in the evening

Day 06: Sankri – Dehradun (210 km / 8hrs)

  • Breakfast in morning
  • Check-out from camps/guest house
  • Transfer to Dehradun

Terms and Conditions:

  • Everyone should be on time.
  • The traveller should carry their photo IDs along with them.
  • Meals Timings must be followed as per instructions given by the hotels.
  • Food will be on a buffet basis, extra food items will be at customers end.
  • Hotel Check-in/Check-Out Time as per individual hotel or camps policies.
  • The traveller should be mentally tough to beat the extreme cold conditions.
  • Travellers must carry the trip itinerary, hotel vouchers, cab details, valid id proofs.
  • Pick up time & point will be 07:00 A.M at Dehradun railway station/bus stand on Day 01.
  • Drop off time & point will be 06:30 P.M. at Dehradun railway station/bus stand on Day 02.
  • We are not responsible for any mishappening, due to weather conditions, natural disaster, any kind of accident, etc.
  • This will be a flexible tour that depends on the live weather conditions so trust us we will provide the best in the worst case.
  • A proper schedule with timings will be conveyed to you on Day 1. Everyone needs to follow the instructions for a better & safe tour.
  • Charges and trip plans could vary during bad weather conditions or if the tour is extended due to weather or some other mishappening.
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like Earthquake, Cyclones, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
  • In case a vehicle is not allowed entry by any kind of new guidelines proposed by the GOI (Government of India) /Supreme court, Tripills will not be responsible in any case.

Payment & Cancelation Policy:

  • Advance payment of INR 3,500/- per person is to be made to confirm the booking, the remaining payment should be deposited 10 days before the date of travel.
  • We would love to host you, but in case you are unable to travel as planned and need to cancel your booking, do not worry. Our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
    • Cancellation made before 30 Days – 70% Refund.
    • Cancellation made within 30 to 15 Days – 50% Refund.
    • Cancellation made after within 15 Days – No Refund.
    • Rescheduling dates within the same trek – 0% of trek charges subject to availability.
    • The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 30 days after the trek completion date.
  • Total Package Cost is non-refundable if the tour is cancelled due to weather conditions or road blockage.
  • Total package cost is non-refundable if you cancel the tour after reaching your destination or while you are on tour. That’s why we request you to review all inclusions thoroughly before paying for the package.

Fitness Policy:

  • If the participant is sent down or asked to return for safety reasons, the participant needs to abide by it.
  • We have employed experienced staffs, who can deal with the high altitude conditions with expertise; however, they are not professional doctors.
  • If any participant is asked to return or taken to the hospital due to a worsening medical condition, then he/she needs to bear the hospital and medical expenses.

Kedarkantha Trek lies in the Govind Wildlife Sanctuary and National Park in Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. The drive to Sankri (From where the Kedarkantha trek starts) is one of the most picturesque drives in the Himalayas through Mussoorie, Purola, Mori, Netwar, Mowat along the Tons River. Kedarkantha trek is one the easiest treks in the Himalayas to enjoy thick snow cover. The Kedarkantha trek campsite is great for birding and surrounded by beautiful snow peaks.
